Protective cover for webbing sling (PVC)

Description

In order to avoid premature wear of the webbing slings, we recommend purchasing protective polyester pads that are put on the webbing of the sling. Movable pads easily move along the entire length of the textile lifting sling to the point of contact of the removable load gripping device with ledges and sharp corners of the load. The use of a protective pad eliminates direct contact of the polyester tape with the load being lifted, preventing its abrasion and rapid wear on the sharp protrusions of lumber, building structures, corners, beams and other loads that are subject to regular lifting using tape slings.

The protective cover is made in the form of a sleeve, the inner size of which slightly exceeds the width of the tape for the possibility of free movement of the product throughout the body of the sling. The use of a protective sleeve significantly extends the service life of load handling devices made of textile tape.
