Description

Steel rope GOST 7668-80 (analogue of modern international DIN 3064, ISO 2408) is a universal double lay rope, used as the main load-bearing component of  lifting mechanisms. This type of rope is used for various types of cranes (portal, jib, tower, truck cranes, beam cranes, etc.), lifting and road-building earth-moving machines, metallurgical, mine and other industrial equipment.

The design of steel rope GOST 7668-80: 6x36 (6 is the number of strands, 36 is the number of wires in each strand). The rope core is organic hemp or jute. The presence of more wires in each strand and the organic core ensures excellent flexibility of the wire rope under all operating conditions.
