One leg wire rope sling

Description

One leg wire rope sling can be used as a ready-made load-handling device or a working branch in the design of multi-branch rope slings, the so-called "spiders". Sling is made of steel rope  with a diameter of 6.2 - 46.5 and any length, depending on the features of the lifting operations performed and the limitation of the lifting height. The length of the sling is specified when placing an order.

The loops of the sling are formed by installing and crimping the ends of the cable in aluminum bushings on a hydraulic press. On the working side of the sling, a load-lifting hook of the 8th strength class is installed, by means of which the load is slinged for stationary or mounting points of attachment. To prevent chafing, deformation of the steel rope, a galvanized thimble DIN 6899 is installed in the loop of the sling.
