Description

Double leg wire rope sling design consists of two identical rope branches of the one leg wire rope sling type, the idle loops of which are hung on a common connecting load-lifting link. On the working loop of each branch of the sling, a G80 class rigging hook is installed, with the help of which the load is hooked in accordance with the slinging scheme. To prevent abrasion and premature wear of the 2SK sling, a DIN 6899 thimble with a galvanized coating is placed in each working loop. All loops of the sling are formed by winding - installing aluminum alloy bushings and then pressing them under pressure on a hydraulic press. This technology allows you to automate and speed up the process of manufacturing load-handling devices.


For the production of slings 2SK, a flexible steel rope with a design of 6x36 and 6x19 and a diameter of 6.2 - 46.5 mm is used. The larger the diameter of the steel rope, the higher the breaking characteristics of the product.
